Nicholas Howie graduated Cum Laude from Westfield State College with a BA in Political Science and a BS in Criminal Justice. Attorney Howie was a member of the National Criminal Justice Honor Society, the National Political Science Honor Society and a member of the WSC Law Club.

Attorney Howie attended Massachusetts School of Law in Andover where he received his Juris Doctorate. Attorney Howie is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, as well as in U.S. District Court First Circuit.

The areas of law Attorney Howie focuses on include Criminal Law, Family Law, and Estate Planning. He has appeared in over Thirty courts throughout the Commonwealth as well as successfully representing clients before several administrative hearing boards most notably the Registry of Motor Vehicles and the Social Security Administration.
